I will be at Orgjunkie today for Menu Plan Monday. Also, please give The Thrifty Countrywoman's blog a look; she has some great ideas and recipes on using what you have in your pantry!

  1. That Swiss Chicken casserole sounds good! Is the recipe on your blog? Making Irish oatmeal in the crockpot sounds like the way to go. It takes quite a while to cook doesn't it?

  2. Great to hear back from you! The Irish Oatmeal is on my post for Tuesday, Sept.1, and I will be sharing my recipe for Swiss Chicken Casserole on Wednesday. That's the day that I share a crock pot recipe. Have a good Monday.

  3. Looking forward to your Swiss Chicken recipe. I am making Swiss Steak tonight, so I guess I am in the mood for Swiss something. :-)
